The salary and conditions of the successful applicants will be implemented in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Education 2018 Corporate Agreement of the Independent Education Union, Victoria Tasmania, this agreement is the collective agreement for those working in Catholic education in Victoria. These include teaching, educational assistance (including school management services, student assistance and educational resource services), school services (including gardening, buildings and maintenance, housekeeping or food services, bus drivers and cleaners) and assistance services of the Catholic Bureau of Education, the diocese of Sale.
