Pravda Wedding Photos | Poonam + Jerry

Poonam and Jerry brought all of their creative personalities to their Pravda Studio wedding. The couple hand-crafted an iPhone app that allowed their guests and vendors to share their experiences leading up to their big day. The wedding party doubled in size on the wedding day as as each member was presented with custom-made bobblehead dolls in their likeness. After getting ready at Hotel Monaco, Poonam and Jerry had their first look and a fun portrait session outside the downtown Seattle Central Library. Afterwards, we were on to Pravda, where the table settings  in Studio Two featured quirky poetic statements and an elegant red, black and white theme. The ceremony paid tribute to both the bride and groom’s parents and their respective cultures. It culminated in Poonam and Jerry taking the “Seven Steps” of a traditional Hindu wedding, joining them forever. I was so lucky to spend the day with such a enjoyable, intriguing couple…full of smiles, good humor and energy.  |  Photos by Andy Rogers
