Red Box on assignment: Food photography

I recently produced this video of Red Box Pictures photographer Scott Eklund at work photographing the creations of Chef Scott Carberg of Lampreia. Special thanks to the James Beard award winning chef, who kindly gives his stamp of approval on Scott’s work.  Since this video was made, Carsberg has started a  remodel of the  Lampreia location, with plans to reopen as a Venetian-inspired cicchetti bar called Bisato, according to The Seattle Times food writer Nancy Leson. –Rob Sumner
