It’s always a good day when James Beard Award-Winning Chef Scott Carsberg wants to update his website! That means that Red Box Pictures gets a phone call and we get to go and photograph the incredible art that he serves up six nights a week at his Belltown restaurant, Bisato. For 18 years Chef Carsberg was the chef and owner of the internationally acclaimed fine dining restaurant Lampreia. Earlier this year he redesigned his space with the help of architect Kenny Wilson and is now serving Venetian-style light fare in an open air kitchen.
